– A large bedroom with two beds of 90 x 200 cm that can be joined to form a king-size bed, a sofa area, and view on the nature and a small stream
– A second bedroom with two beds of 90 x 190 cm and view on the nature
– 2 shower rooms with WC
– A kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cooking and washing-up equipment
– A small dining room with a table made of local redwood, four Scandinavian chairs, and a view of nature
Baby equipment on request: cot with mattress, booster seat, potty, games, books

In the courtyard, dedicated dining area with table, chairs and shade sail
In the wooded grounds, aromatic gardens for strolling, relaxing and reading on deckchairs
Free parking on site, below the building along a quiet, little-used road

The building includes another gîte for 1 to 4 people (please contact us), as well as the owners’ home.

Aqua Terra Silva is an eco-location in the making in the Sud-Ardèche region, comprising 4 large gîtes (2 of which are being renovated), terraces cultivated with aromatic and medicinal plants, an agroecological vegetable garden, several beehives, wooded areas and a stream that cascades down during the rainy season. It can accommodate training courses and seminars, and offers educational workshops on plants, agroecology and zero waste.

Numerous outdoor activities nearby: Hiking – Mountain biking – Trail/running – Horseback riding – Tennis – Canoeing, kayaking or paddling down the Chassezac or Ardèche rivers – Canyoning – Climbing – Accrobranche – Paintball – Fishing – Paragliding – Caving.
Numerous sites to visit in the area: Chassezac and Ardèche gorges, Païolive woods, Cocalière cave, Château de Montréal, dinosaur tracks, Ardèche Museum, Orgnac cave, pretty hilltop villages (Naves, Banne, Thines, Joyeuse, Labeaume, Vogüé, Balazuc…), museums, local markets and night-time entertainment in season.
Restaurants: vegetarian meals available on site (on request), Auberge de Gravières and Guinguette at Camping de la Vernède (on the banks of the Chassezac) within 15 minutes’ walk, numerous quality restaurants in Les Vans and neighboring towns.
