Very quiet location, in the countryside not overlooked, 24 m² shaded terrace on large plot with private above-ground Laghetto swimming pool (6m60 x 4 m x 1 m25).
Uninterrupted view over meadows and woods. Ideal for relaxing family holidays or sporting activities in the great outdoors. In the heart of the Ardèche Regional Nature Park.
Close to Aubenas, the Vals les Bains thermal baths, the Ardèche Gorges, numerous river bathing spots, the Pont d’Arc cave (Chauvet cave), the Ardèche plateau and lakes.
The gite offers simple comfort (no air-conditioning) and consists of :
* a main room with a table and 4 chairs, a TV, a chest of drawers and a sofa bed for 2 people.
* A mezzanine with 2 90cm mattresses (for children or teenagers).
* A fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, all cooking equipment and storage space. 1 fan.
* Bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. A Weber charcoal barbecue is available on the terrace. For greater comfort and to avoid busy Saturdays on the road in July and August, our holidays are available from Sunday to Sunday.

From 30/05 to 27/09/2026 daily between 10 am and 7 pm.
