Located in the heart of the Green Ardèche, this single-storey house in Lamastre is the perfect place for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. Enjoy the many nearby activities, including cycling along the Dolce Via, hiking, swimming in the river, discovering local produce, riding the famous Vivarais Steam Train, and visiting the weekly markets.
The house is easily accessible and offers nearby parking. It opens onto a pleasant outdoor area with a lawn and beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding hills, facing south-east.
The entrance leads directly into a spacious and bright living area with a dining space and a cosy lounge featuring two sofas, one of which converts into a 160 × 200 cm bed. Large windows fill the room with natural light while offering lovely views of the landscape.
The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave and small appliances) opens onto a furnished terrace with a dining area, barbecue and garden furniture, extended by a relaxing outdoor space.
The sleeping area includes a shower room with storage and a washing machine, a separate toilet, and three spacious bedrooms: one family room (double bed and bunk beds), one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. All bedrooms provide practical storage space.
For families, a wide range of equipment is available, including baby cots, a high chair, a stroller, games for all ages and a small library.
Bed linen is provided. Guests are welcomed personally by the owner, who also hands over the keys.
