Côté Source accommodates up to 6 guests at Le Mas d'Eylieux in Saint-Montan, Ardèche. The 40-hectare estate has six independent gîtes with exactly 25 sleeping places in total.
The gîte has two bedrooms with double beds measuring 160 and 140 cm, plus a two-person BZ sofa bed in the living room.
The accommodation is self-catering. Each gîte has its own toilet and shower; there are no shared bathroom facilities. There is no air conditioning. The Mas provides neither meals nor breakfast. Pets are not allowed, except by exceptional written agreement before booking.
The outdoor pool is generally open from mid-May to September, weather permitting. It is shared when only part of the estate is rented and reserved for the group when the whole estate is hired. Bed linen and towels are optional at €15 per person per stay, for individual gîte rental and exclusive estate hire.
