Cottage "the Great Bear"

The cottage is located in Banne, in southern Ardèche, in the hamlet of Petit Brahic. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people, It is classified 2 stars. It is a completely new wooden house of 30 m² combining comfort and ecological operation, it is perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature, the place is conducive to rejuvenation and outdoor activities all year round. It is located above our house, on a natural terrace of 80 m² facing South East.

The cottage includes a living room of 18 m² with a 2-seater sofa bed and an equipped kitchen; a bedroom with a large 140×190 bed, a bathroom with sink and shower cubicle, the dry toilets are a stone’s throw away. The walls and ceilings covered with white fir paneling and the maritime pine parquet give the interior a cabin feel.

Many walking circuits departing from the gîte (20 minutes to 3 hours’ walk), Bois de Païolive and the first swimming spots in the Chassezac river and climbing site 15 minutes away by car, another La Gagnière river in 20 minutes.
