Domaine de Fontréal – Gîte L'Ostalet

85 m² gite for 4 people, comprising: a 59 m² space with fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, double bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet; and a separate 26 m² suite with double bedroom, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Both areas have access to a 30 m² private terrace with garden furniture.

Minimum duration of stay: 2 consecutive nights.

On site:
– Outdoor swimming pool (16 m x 6 m) shared with guests of the other three gîtes (maximum of 12 people).
– Sale of local products: terrines, sausages, cooked vegetables, soup, honey, chestnut-based products, chestnut flour pasta, jams, pear juice, wines, oil, mustards…
– By booking at least 24 hours in advance: breakfast (served from 8:30am to 10:30am in the main house or on its terrace) with bread, homemade pastries or brioche, homemade pastries, pear juice, compote or fresh fruit salad, homemade yoghurts, homemade jams, Ardèche honey, drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate). Price: €8 per person.
– By booking at least 5 days in advance: table d’hôte (dinner served at 7.30pm) with starter, main course and dessert (wine extra). Price: €25 per person.

There are four gîtes for rent on the Domaine de Fontréal:
– La Boveda gîte (sleeps up to 4 people).
– La Chastanha gîte (maximum capacity 2 people).
– La Traboule gîte (maximum capacity 2 people).
– L’Ostalet gîte (maximum capacity 4 people).

All year round daily.
By booking (between 8 am and 8 pm).

Meal: 27 € (homemade dinner, by booking at least 2 days in advance)
Half-board: 36 € (homemade breakfast and dinner, by booking at least 2 days in advance)
Overnight: 155 € (price per night – minimum duration of stay: 2 consecutive nights)
Tourist taxes: 1.43 € (price per adult)
Cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 60 € (charge to be added to the accommodation rate).
