La Bergerie is a 90 m² gîte for 4/6 people.
It’s located in the village of Marcols les Eaux, which comes alive in summer with the blueberry festival in August, the chestnut feast in September and the mushroom feast in autumn.
La Bergerie offers a spacious and bright living area opening onto a covered terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue. The garden invites you to relax by the riverside or enjoy the leisure facilities available, including a pétanque court, table tennis, and a swing.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading into a large living and dining area, as well as a utility room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the cottage features one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and radio.
The Domaine is ideally located, with Lyon, Saint-Étienne, Grenoble, and even Aix-en-Provence all within approximately a two-hour drive.
Just a short distance away, you can discover Saint-Pierreville, a charming village home to Ardelaine, a renowned cooperative that transforms local sheep’s wool into bedding, home linens, clothing, and other wool products.
