Domaine de Salomony – Gîte Le Moulinage
Le Moulinage is an 85m² gîte for 4 to 7 people.
It’s named after former thriving silk mills in the 17th and 18th centuries. A museum in Marcols recounts their history.
Direct access to the park and river to enjoy nature.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a TV and radio, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the cottage offers one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a mezzanine-style landing bedroom at the top of the stairs with two additional single beds. There is also a second shower room with a toilet.
Le Moulinage can be connected to La Soie Cottage, making it an ideal option for accommodating larger families or small groups.
Outside, the cottage features a private terrace with a garden table and chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue.
As the cottage is housed in a beautifully restored historic building, its thick stone walls help keep the interior pleasantly cool during the summer months.
The village of Marcols-les-Eaux is within easy walking distance, just 400 metres away.
