Weekend (furnished property): 150 to 200 € (2 nights)
Week: 390 to 590 € (€390 from January to May and from October to December; €490 in June, September and during school holidays (except summer); €590 in July and August).
Charges package (electricity, gas, water, tourist tax, insurance): €75.
Cleaning/disinfecting package: €75.
Deposit: 30% of the rental amount.
Security deposit: €390.
Tourist tax included.
