Gîte ardéchois Lydmalida doux cocon
A comfortable 35 m² gite for 4 people, by the river and entirely refurbished with a terrace and a little garden. Situated 200 m from all the shops (bakery, butcher, post office, grocery store…).
The gite Lydmalida is a family-friendly house, entirely refurbished, offers all the comfort and can accomodate 4 people. It has an amazing view on the river.
Gite features:
– On the ground floor:
* Lounge with open-plan kitchen, all fitted: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, SENSEO coffee machine, toaster, tableware, gaz plate, table with bench seat and chair, etc.
* Shower room with sink and furniture (two 80-cm drawers), mirror, hair dryer, make-up mirror, toilets.
* East side: private terrace with a sunshade and garden furniture to fully enjoy the view over the river Eyrieux with the beach and canoes and have your breakfast under the sun.
* West side: on the front of the house, an enclosed and planted garden, shared with the owners, one side of which is for your own personal use, with a table, chairs and a sunshade, so that you have your own private area.
– Upstairs:
* Two cosy bedrooms, each is equipped with a 140 cm bed (duvet, pillows, underpads, blankets if needed), a storage space, radiators, a ceiling fan.

The outskirts offer many activities and entertainment: canoeing and kayaking, tree climbing with Aquarock among rocks and river, bathing and swimming, walking into the woods. You can taste Ardèche cooking and take part in local events throughout the summer, in many villages.
Don’t miss out! The Dolce via cycle path, a former railway track redesigned as a bicycle path, perfect to ride from village to village.
Two bike protection covers can be lent if you need some.
A market takes place every Tuesday morning in the village center, under the bridge, and in Saint Sauveur de Montagut 5 km away, every Saturday morning.
Come and taste the flavours of the Ardèche, such as the “caillette” (a herby kind of meatball that you’ll only find in Ardèche) or the “crique” (grated potato speciality, basically a fresh hash brown).
This is a non smoker gite. The pets are prohibited, thanks for your understanding.
