Gîte de Chantepoule
Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated gîte, ideally located halfway between Lamastre and Saint-Agrève. Basic shops are available in the medieval village of Désaignes, just 5 minutes away. A wider range of shops and leisure activities can be found in Lamastre, only 15 minutes away.
Surrounded by beautiful sunny countryside, the area offers many remarkable places to discover: the Doux Valley and its tourist steam train, the medieval Village of Character of Désaignes, Saint-Agrève, Lake Devesset (swimming, windsurfing and pedal boats), hiking trails, a greenway along the former railway line, and an equestrian centre.
The gîte is adjoining the owners’ home and has a private outdoor area beneath a lime tree, complete with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
Tastefully decorated, it offers a cosy countryside atmosphere. It includes a living room with an open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge area, a double sofa bed for occasional use, flat-screen TV, internet access, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, a shared washing machine and electric heating.
Bed linen, household linen and towels are provided.
