At centre of a peaceful little hamlet, 3km from village (small shops) and only 10km from Annonay (historic centre for hot-air balloons, Peaugres' zoo, 18-hole golf course, easy access via N82 road). Modern, comfortable eco-friendly cottage which has retained all the charm of a traditional Ardèche house. House on three levels. 1st floor: lovely large living room with fitted kitchen, dining & lounge areas, direct access to terrace. Ground floor: bedroom (two 90x200cm beds), 2 shower rooms/WC (large showers), lounge/leisure area. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (160x200cm bed), (160x200cm bed) (two 90x200cm beds). Bed & household linen provided.
