Very nice calcareous stone house situated at the extreme south of the department Ardèche, at 20 mn from touristic sites and Ardèche Gorges
(crocodile farm, several caves to visit, old villages).
Lovely limestone house in far south of the department, 20 min. from tourist attractions and Ardèche Gorges (crocodile farm, many caves to visit, vineyards, old villages). Very peaceful setting with wonderful view of valley (and of Mont Ventoux in the distance) from two terraces (one covered). Vineyards, olive groves, lavender fields, garrigue… Totally and tastefully restored house. Very comfortable accommodation. Ground floor: cellars – not used. 1st floor: large dining room with fully fitted kitchen area, lounge area (sofas, armchair, flat screen TV), bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room, WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (two 80x200cm beds OR queen-size bed on request, 80x200cm bed) (80x200cm bed, queen-size bed), shower room/WC (shower cubicle).
