Gîte de la Sorbiere

The gîte has been converted from part of the owners' home. It also includes an extension. The entrance is independent and not overlooked. You'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a 70m² enclosed garden.
First floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, dining room/TV lounge, separate toilet and shower room (shower with seat and grab bar).
Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x140x190) and the other with two single beds or a double bed (2×90 or 1x180x200) and another single bed (1x120x190), separate toilet.
Parking on the property (2 spaces). Located halfway between Ardèche and Isère, the Drôme des Collines region is renowned for its rolling countryside and gastronomic delights. You’ll be close to the Via Rhôna, ideal for cycling or walking. Chateauneuf de Galaure, Marthe Robin’s village, is 10 minutes away. The Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval, a masterpiece of naive art, is a must-see (15min). To cool off in summer, Lac des Vernets is 6 minutes away by car and Lac de Champos is 20 minutes.

Tain l’Hermitage is 20 minutes away, where you can visit the Cité du Chocolat ValRhôna, taste Crozes and Hermitage wines or enjoy the Linaë water park. As for shopping, there are many factory outlets nearby: Lafuma, Revol Porcelaine, Marques Avenue in Romans sur Isère (30min away).

The gîte is located in the countryside, in the middle of fields. You’ll enjoy a calm environment, ideal for walking or cycling.
