Just 300 m from the river, between Privas and Le Pouzin (motorway exit 10 min away), we have refurbished two independent houses close to our own house on the property, benefitting from a partially covered terrace and private grounds.
Shops nearby one kilometer away. Gite on a raised ground floor. Living room/sitting area with couch, flat screen TV, fitted kitchen/dining area, a room with two single beds, a room with a double bed, bathroom, toilets, air conditioning.

Weekend (furnished property): 195 to 250 €
Mid-week: 273 to 420 €
Week: 390 to 600 €.
Cleaning option: 60 €.
Single bed sheets rental: 12 € for the stay.
Double bed sheets rental: 14 € fot the stay.
Tourist tax: 1.10 € per person and per day.
Credit cart and holiday vouchers payments are only available when you book by Gîtes de France.
Tax not included.
