Gîte in little Ardèche hamlet, 10 min. from Vernoux (all shops and activities, lake, swimming pool with water chute, tennis, etc.). Living room with kitchen area, mezzanine (2 single beds) and lounge area (double sofa bed, TV), bedroom (double bed), shower room/WC. wood-burning stove (firewood supplied). East-facing terrace (wooden garden furniture, BBQ). Meadow (about 3,000 sq.m.) available (20m from gîte). Horse riding centre 300m. Lots of walking/hiking and mountain bike trails. Maximum capacity of gîte: 6 people.
