Lovely modern gîte in peaceful little village of Vinzieux, 10 min. from Peaugres Safari park. Extremely comfortable gîte on 2 levels. 2 terraces, fenced garden, access to owners' private swimming pool (large pool heated 1st May to 30th September). Ground floor: living room with lounge area (flat screen TV, DVD, hi-fi, WIFI Internet access, fireplace stove), fitted kitchen area, bedroom (160cm wide bed), shower room and WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom, WC. Lots to see and do within 20km radius (town of Annonay, museums, swimming, hot-air balloons, walking/hiking, canoeing, etc.).
This ultra-comfortable gîte has 2 levels, 2 terraces, enclosed grounds and access to our private swimming pool (large heated pool from 1 May to 30 September).
Living room with sitting area (flat-screen TV, DVD, hi-fi, wifi, wood-burning stove), integrated kitchenette, 1bed (1 x 160cm) on the ground floor, shower room and wc. Upstairs, 1bed (1 bed 140), 1bed (2 beds 90), bathroom, wc. Numerous tourist and leisure activities within a 20km radius (Annonay, museums, swimming, hot-air ballooning, hiking, canoeing, etc.).
