Small street-level house of 40m² on 3 levels in the heart of the characterful village of Jaujac. Close to shops, market, river, swimming and hiking. Neyrac spa centre 7km away (10 minutes by car). Non-smoking gîte.
Recently renovated and refurbished gîte. Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, shower room and WC. On the 1st floor, living room with BZ sofa bed (140cm) and washbasin. On the 2nd floor, under the roof, bedroom with 2 twin 80cm beds. The village of Jaujac is 420m above sea level and has all the main shops and services (bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's, grocer's, restaurants, bars, brasserie, ice-cream parlour, medical centre, pharmacy on site). Supermarket with launderette and petrol station 7km away (Lalevade d'Ardèche).

Security deposit: 130 €
Cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 30 €.
Single rate, all seasons.
Price includes: utilities and electricity (up to 8 kWh/day).
Before 1 June and after 15 September, you will also need to pay for heating according to electricity consumption, with a deduction of 8kWh/day of rental.
Bookings for a minimum of 2 nights.
