Gîte Fanny
In the heart of nature, "Fanny" cottage by Apidae offers a charming two-level stone house with optimal comfort, brightness, a shared pool, and a hamlet spanning 3 hectares, accessible via a 200-meter dirt road.
On the ground floor, opening onto the wooden terrace, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living room (45 m²) with an insert fireplace (free firewood), TV and a beautiful view over Labatie d’Andaure.
On the lower level, 3 bedrooms have been arranged, each with its own private bathroom facilities:
1 bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, shower and washbasin.
1 bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed or two separate 80 × 200 cm single beds, with shower and washbasin.
1 bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, shower and washbasin.
Heating is provided by electric central heating, and firewood for the fireplace is free of charge. Utilities are included.
You can enjoy the wooden terrace with garden furniture, a gas barbecue and sun loungers, as well as the shared swimming pool with the second gîte.
For your comfort, household linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.
