Self contained house below owners' home comprising 2 very comfortable gîtes, each with separate entrance and terrace. 1st gîte: living room, fitted kitchen area, lounge area (sofa, flat screen TV), shower room/WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), separate WC. Electric heating. Bed linen supplied.
2 km from the municipal swimming pool, a detached house situated below our house in which we have converted 2 very comfortable gîtes. Each gîte has its own entrance and terrace. 1st gîte: living room, integrated kitchenette, sitting area (sofa and flat-screen TV), shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 1bedroom (1 double bed), 1bedroom (2 single beds), bed linen provided, separate wc, electric heating.
