Beautiful, charming villa measuring 210 m², with 4 bedrooms, a swimming pool and a spa, a fireplace, large grounds measuring 3,800 m², a pétanque court, two large terraces, an electric gate, and all the necessary amenities.
For a peaceful getaway with family or friends, we invite you to stay in our charming 210 m² country house. The villa is located in a green setting, backing onto a forest, and overlooks the Eyrieux Valley (you will enjoy an exceptional view of the surrounding area).
We have put our heart and soul into furnishing this country house so that you can feel at home in a simple and refined setting.
Inside, on the ground floor, you will find:
– A fully equipped kitchen with separate pantry (appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, classic coffee maker and espresso machine, washing machine. ..)
– A dining room with a large table that can seat 12 people.
– A lounge with a fireplace (a large room where you can relax with family or friends, with two large sofas, two armchairs and a baby grand piano).
– A separate studio for 4 people, comprising a 140 cm double bed, two 90 cm single beds on a mezzanine, and a separate bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet): an ideal studio for elderly people.
Inside upstairs, you will find:
– A living room with a home cinema (projector), a corner sofa bed where you can relax and watch a good film, and Starlink Wi-Fi.
– Three bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed (one of the bedrooms also has a sofa that converts into a double bed).
– A bathroom (with bath and shower).
– A separate WC.
Outside, you will find:
– Two large terraces on two sides of the house (one of which is sheltered by an arbour), for dining with 12 people or relaxing by the swimming pool or spa.
– A summer lounge for napping by the swimming pool or sharing drinks with family or friends.
– A Weber charcoal barbecue (bring your own charcoal)
– A 9.30 m x 4.50 m swimming pool with safety alarm (open from late April to late September).
– A latest-generation spa that can accommodate 5 people.
– A pétanque court.
– A 3,800 m² plot with no neighbours opposite.
– An electric gate and a paved driveway to enter the property.
The bastide is located 9 km from the charming village of Vernoux-en-Vivarais, where you will find all the essential shops (bakery-pastry shop, butcher-delicatessen, tobacconist-newsagent, chemist, Intermarché supermarket, etc.) and where you can enjoy the weekly market on Thursday mornings.
Various activities are available in the surrounding area: canoeing and kayaking (20 minutes away), hiking and mountain biking, adventure trails along the river, village tours, etc.
