Cosy, peaceful, gîte located on a former farm surrounded by nature in the centre of a basaltic circle. Views over the Vercors and the southern Alps. 25 mins from the A7, 15 mins from Privas with commercial shopping centre nearby.

Very comfortable gîte on 3 levels. Living room with open-plan kitchen, fireplace (free firewood), large mezzanine (games area, TV), 4 bedrooms (3 single beds) (160cm wide bed) (160cm wide bed) (160cm wide bed, single bed), shower room, bathroom, 2 WCs. Central heating. Above-ground swimming pool (6x4m) open June to September.
