– Free private parking in a property consisting of two independent houses.
– Air-conditioned gîte with a day part on the ground floor and a night part upstairs.
– Two bedrooms with a double bed for 2 persons + one bedroom with 2 single beds.
– 2 TV.
– In a quiet street.
– Facing the rock of Sampzon.
– Living room open onto terrace with garden table + 2 deckchairs
– Backlit Jacuzzi + solar shower.
– Fully equipped kitchen: toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher.

No smoking, no pets allowed. The gîte can accommodate 6 people. Not suitable for PRM.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price. Bed linen provided. Canoe and kayak hire 5 minutes walk away.
