Central heating. 5 min. from lovely Cévennes village of Les Vans (all sports, cultural and leisure activities). Canoeing, paragliding, climbing, potholing. Owner's enclosed swimming pool (10x5m, 8am-12 noon, 2-6pm) shared by 2 gîtes.
