Gîte Les Clapas – Maison verte
We welcome you to our single-storey, air-conditioned gîte in a quiet location, with parking, BICYCLE LOCAL and enclosed grounds. Located 500m from the village, near the Païolive woods, the river, the greenway, and 10 km from Les Vans.

We look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable, single-storey green house amid the oak trees, with its shaded green space and covered terrace, in a peaceful setting. Free Wi-Fi in the gîte. NEW for 2025: lockable bike room.
You’ll love the barbecue, lounging on the deckchairs, and the morning stroll to the bakery to perfect your breakfast for a wonderful start to the day.
You’ll be able to sample Ardèche specialities such as caillette and various charcuterie, goat’s cheese, chestnuts and their derivatives, seasonal fruit, honey and wine.
Our gîte :
59 m² + covered terrace, independent entrance with electric gate
Well-equipped living room/kitchen area (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker…).
The living room is air-conditioned. Sofa, TV stand, children’s table and 2 chairs
Bedroom 1: 1 x 160 cm bed
Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90
Separate toilet and shower room: washing machine, hair dryer
On the terrace: garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Private parking, enclosed bike storage and fenced grounds.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Ironing board and steam iron. Tea towel, hand towels, bath towels and 2 bath mats. Basic cleaning products are also provided.
In the gîte you’ll find plenty of documentation, books, leaflets and maps of our region.
