Weekly rental only, 660 € from July 12 to August 22, and during Christmas holiday, from 490 to 610 € the rest of the year (530 € during french holidays – except summer and Christmas holiday), 30% deposit when you make a reservation; balance one week before arrival (by check or bank transfer).
Short stays may be possible with special rate (for exemple, for 3 days, 60% off the weekly price).
In winter (electric heating), meter reading on check-in and check-out and invoicing of electricity consumption (EDF rate, off-peak/peak).
