House built of local stone in peaceful little hamlet. 2 level gîte adjoining owner's house (separate entrance). Living room, fitted kitchen area, lounge area, inset fireplace (free firewood), 2 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed, single bed), shower room, WC. Enclosed terrace with BBQ. Children can easily play outdoors (ball, boules, bikes). Board games, books. Central heating: 40€/week, 20€/weekend. Centralised vacuum cleaning. Cellar for bikes. Lots to see and do: hiking trails, other sports activities. Swimming pool and water/leisure centre 6km.
