The entire area is packed with beautiful walks through chestnut woods and the river meanders down through beautiful gorges where you can swim and fish. The Ardeche is best known for the majestic gorges of the Ardeche, 50 km of spectacular natural beauty where you can go canoe-kayaking, swimming, walking, rock climbing, hang-gliding, absailing & white water rafting and visit the spectacular Vallon Pont d’Arc, the natural rock arch of the Ardeche gorges.

…alternatively you can just sit back, relax and drink a glass of local wine surrounded by nature, the true “France Profonde” with a touch of modern luxury.
