Welcome to Drôme des Collines, our little corner of paradise. Ideally situated on the heights of the village and in the heart of the Croze-Hermitage vineyards and apricot orchards, this old farmhouse with character has been completely renovated and is not far from the owner's house. Enjoy views over the Ardèche, the Vercors, the bed of the Rhône and the historic vineyards of the northern Rhône appellations: Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage and St Joseph. There is a 3000 m2 barbecue area and plenty of outdoor play equipment. You can enjoy the unspoilt nature and peace and quiet while being close to major roads and towns: 3.5 km from the A7 motorway exit no. 13, 20 km from Valence and 17 km from Romans-sur-Isère, 20 min from the Alixan TGV station and 5km/8min from the Tain l'Hermitage TER station.
