Welcome to Laulagner, a 5-hectare estate with a swimming pool bordered by a river, surrounded by unspoiled nature 5 km from any other dwelling. The cottage and its outbuildings welcome you away from any road, in a secluded spot in the Ibie Valley. The peace and quiet necessary for complete rejuvenation await you, while you are close to Vallon Pont d'Arc, Villeneuve de Berg, and all the activities offered by the Ardèche tourist sites.
Laulagner offers two cottages: “Le Cocon de Soi – Gîte for 2 people” and “Au Fil de Soi – Gîte for 8 people.” You can also rent the entire property.
Le Cocon opens onto two terraces and enjoys an unobstructed view of the valley and the garden. Its private entrance offers complete independence. You will have a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a living room facing the wood-burning stove, as well as a shower room with toilet, adjoining the bedroom.
Au fil de soi is located in an outbuilding of the main house. It is built on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living area with a kitchen opening onto the living and dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, accessible by a wide staircase, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have ample storage. From the bedrooms, you can admire the beauty and serenity of the surrounding landscapes. Au fil de soi has its own private, shaded terrace for beautiful summer evenings and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings by the fire.

Nightly rate for “Le Cocon de Soi” (sleeps 2): €80 to €160
