Large, recently built house with 4 gîtes at Chauzon (conservation area) at heart of wood (oak trees, rocks). Each gîte has separate entrance. 2nd gîte (on 2 levels): living room, fitted kitchen area, lounge area with fireplace stove (free firewood), bedroom (2 single bunks). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed), shower room, 2 WCs. Electric heating. Covered terrace, shared unfenced garden. Cot on request. Free swimming in river Ardèche, private beach in designated conservation area.
