We welcome you to an authentic Ardèche house set in a green setting. Here you will find absolute peace and quiet: the property is on the edge of a forest, beside a stream and close to a small pond planted with trees, which gives the site a natural coolness in summer…

The “Duba” gite comprises : :
– Independent access
– A private outdoor area with covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and large enclosed lawned area
– A living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine…)
– A sitting area with a convertible sofa (140 cm bed), television, wood-burning stove…
– A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
– A small mezzanine with two 90 cm mattresses (for children)
– A bathroom with shower
– A toilet
– A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron
– A swimming pool shared with the owners and tenants of the “Duba” gite.

From 01/04 to 30/09 daily.

Overnight: from 80 € (stays of minimum 4 consecutive nights, or minimum 7 consecutive nights in July and August)
Linen and towel hire fee: 10 €
Cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 50 €.
