You'll be staying in the old Épinouze train station, which has been completely renovated into three charming apartments.
Ample parking is available right in front of the gîte. After climbing three small steps, you’ll reach a hall shared by the other two apartments. The entrance to your apartment is on the 2nd floor.

You’ll discover a light-filled living space, with a lounge opening onto a dining room with a 90x190cm bed, equipped with everything you need for your meals.
The bedroom has a comfortable 160×200 bed and air conditioning.
A bathroom with WC completes the ensemble.

You’ll also benefit from a garden area shared with the gite “l’appartement du chef de gare” (not adjoining), currently under renovation. In the heart of the rolling countryside typical of the Drôme des Collines region, this gîte welcomes you for a stay dedicated to nature and discovery. Set off on foot or by bike along the surrounding paths, explore the Chandonzet park, or climb up to the Saint-Vallier belvedere for an exceptional panorama. The ViaRhôna, just a few minutes away, offers a gentle immersion between heritage and wide-open spaces.

Let yourself be surprised by the enchanting world of the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval, a veritable open-air work of art. On summer days, swim in the Lac des Vernets or take part in an adventure trail in the forest. And don’t miss out on the local flavours: farm produce, local wines and traditional markets will punctuate your gourmet discoveries.
