La Chabotte – Maison de caractère Cœur d'Ardèche

Built in a U-shape, this authentic property, constructed from Coiron volcanic stone, comprises two sections: the main house and an annex opposite, each with its own entrance leading into the central courtyard. All rooms are on one level.

The main living area comprises:

– A large vaulted living room with a period fireplace, featuring a cosy lounge area and a dining table for eight guests, ideal for gathering together when the weather is unpredictable.
– A fully equipped kitchen with dining area: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook just like at home.
– Bedroom 1: A 160 cm double bed
– Bedroom 2: Two 80 cm single beds that can be arranged to form a 160 cm double bed depending on your preference
– A bathroom with a shower
– A separate toilet
– A laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer
– A wardrobe for guests’ use.

The annexe, accessible from the courtyard, comprises:

– Bedroom 3: A 140 cm double bed with storage
– Bedroom 4: Two 90 cm single beds with storage
– A bathroom shared between the two bedrooms, with a shower and a toilet.

Outdoor areas:

The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation and socialising, offering enjoyment for young and old alike. At the heart of the property, between the main house and the annexe, a large courtyard welcomes you for al fresco dining on balmy summer evenings, complete with a gas barbecue.

The private, secure swimming pool, nestled in lush greenery, offers a soothing view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. You’ll find sun loungers, a canopy with a coffee table, and a utility room with a kitchenette, showers and toilets, as well as a pétanque court a little further up under the trees to round off your days.

Space for up to 4 vehicles on site.

Enjoy the cycle path “La Payre”, located 500 m from the house, perfect for cyclists and hikers.
