Central heating. Terrace, shared garden. Via Ferrata 3km. Spa town of Neyrac-les-Bains 6km (indoor swimming pool, body care, hammam). At mouth of Ardèche valley, halfway between the Lower Ardèche and Ardèche mountain. Special rate for spa patients (NOT July/August): 600€/3 weeks + 30€/week for heating.

Air-conditioned gite. Via Ferrata 3km away. Thermes de Neyrac les Bains 6km (indoor swimming pool, treatments, hammam). We are at the start of the Ardèche valley, halfway between the lower Ardèche and the Ardèche mountains. Rates for spa visitors (excluding July/August): €800 for 3 weeks + heating or air conditioning €40/week.
