The Panoramique gîte is located in the heart of the Ferme de Simondon hamlet. For up to 6 people, the Panoramique gite will appeal to families and groups of friends, with its large attic bedroom accommodating 6 beds (90) upstairs.
On the ground floor, a lovely living room with fully-equipped kitchen, central island with high stools, separate toilet and walk-in shower room.
Private terrace with garden furniture and 180° views of the Rhone Valley, Vercors and Alps.
Adjoining our sheepfold, the gîte will enable you to enjoy the animals when you’re in your private outdoor space. Watch the lights come on in the evening in the Rhone Valley: a change of scenery and a feeling of freedom guaranteed on your private terrace!
Heating with pellet stove. Exterior lighting limited to solar panels and LEDs to avoid visual pollution. Natural composting by animals!
Access to heated swimming pool in summer (May to September, weather permitting), playgrounds and games room, departure point for walks and hikes (accommodation located 400m from GR 42)…
