Parking on the property, including a sheltered parking space. This is an old farmhouse with numerous outbuildings, children to be supervised. Swimming pool under construction. Perched in the hills, this gîte offers a breathtaking view of the Rhone Valley countryside. The sunsets are splendid!
You can choose to go hiking in the surrounding hills, taste the local wines (Hermitage vineyards) and the many regional specialties (pogne, ravioles, caillette…). Cultural and leisure activities are also plentiful. Don’t miss a visit to Facteur Cheval’s Palais idéal and the Cité du Chocolat. You can also cycle along the Via Rhôna. Tain and Tournon are a 10-minute drive away, Valence and Romans sur Isère 25 minutes (International Shoe Museum, Marque Avenue). The gîte is halfway between the Ardèche and Royans-Vercors regions.
