Fully-equipped 40 m² gîte perched on the heights of Antraigues-sur-Volane, offering a breathtaking view of the village of Jean Ferrat. Shaded terrace, garden and shared pool. 2 small bedrooms with independent access. Sleeps 4 to 6.
Situated on 2 separate levels, the gîte comprises 2 small bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with WC. On the lower floor, opening onto a covered terrace, is the 20 m² living room with open kitchen and comfortable sofa bed (14 cm thick mattress).
The living room also has a shower room with WC. In all, the house can sleep 4 to 6 people, ideally couples, as there are no single beds. It is not suitable for families with young children, as the bedrooms do not communicate with each other or with the living room. Private parking, access to a shared 10 x 5m swimming pool and a 15 x 10m boules pitch.
