Beautifully renovated 40 m² gîte perched on the heights of Antraigues-sur-Volane, offering a breathtaking view of the village of Jean Ferrat. With its own entrance and private shaded terrace, the gîte adjoins a guest house.
Located 6 minutes' walk from the picturesque village of Antraigues-sur-Volane, the gîte comprises a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two 80 cm beds that can be combined to form a large 160 cm bed, and a shower room with WC. Washbasin in the bedroom.
On the lower floor, overlooking the garden, there is a 20 m² living room with a comfortable sofa bed (futon mattress), another shower room with WC, and a small fully-equipped kitchen.
The house can sleep up to 5 people.
Private parking, access to a shared 10 x 5 m swimming pool and a 15 x 10 m boules pitch. Table tennis.
