Detached single-storey wooden house. Entrance via the living room: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area, sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV), wood-burning stove. Two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1×160) and the second with a single bed (1×120, sofa bed), shower room (shower, washbasin), separate toilet. Storeroom with washing machine. Terrace with wooden garden furniture, parasol, lovely view of the Monts d’Ardèche and Pilat. Access to a Finnish kota (barbecue) on request. Parking on the property. Owners’ house a few meters from the gîte. Heating exclusively by wood-burning stove. Sloping access road to gîte (approx. 10 m).
