In the heart of a small medieval village in the southern Ardèche surrounded by vineyards (recently retired wine-growers) and dominated by its original bell tower, you can rent this gîte for 4 people (and 1 sup possible) in an outbuilding of our house. house (traditional stone house from 1822 completely renovated). This 80 m² gite includes 4 rooms: an equipped living kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, extractor, dishwasher ….., a living room with sofa, armchair, TV, coffee table and library, shower room with wc on the ground floor. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds which could be gathered), each bedroom has its own bathroom (shower, basin and wc). Cot and high chair on request. Additional equipment: washing machine, air conditioning, electric heating, Outside: 25 m² private terrace with table, chairs, deckchair and barbecue; private parking in a flowered and closed courtyard. Possibility of catering 10 minutes from the village, grocery store on site. Advantages: sheets provided and beds made, bathroom linen provided on request without supplement.
