Access and terrace completely independent from our house at the rear, a very quiet location ideal for a successful holiday. Swimming pool shared with the owner (chlorine-free filtration). Fully-equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto the south-facing shaded terrace, 2 superb master suites of almost 40 m² each with 1 x 160cm bed (extra bed or baby bed possible), private shower room and WC in each bedroom. Lounge with wood-burning stove and TV (TNT and DVD). Hiking trails starting from the house. Authentic, peaceful village set in unspoilt countryside. 10 minutes from Aubenas (all shops and restaurants) and Vals les Bains (spa and casino).
