This spacious 120 m² holiday home is easily accessible on one level, with only one step at the entrance. You can park your car just 10 metres from the garden entrance.

The accommodation includes:

One bedroom with a double bed.
A spacious bathroom with shower and toilet.
A second bedroom/lounge that offers four sleeping places and can be converted into an additional living room during the day, separated by a curtain.
A large open-plan living area divided into several spaces:
a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine),
a dining area with a wood-burning stove and baby equipment,
a lounge with a large sofa bed, Wi-Fi, DVD player and hi-fi system.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The surrounding area offers many relaxing family activities, including fishing, the rail bike, tennis, the Ardèche tourist train, a nearby natural swimming area, bicycle rental and hiking trails starting directly from the gîte.
