La Traverse
Situated in the Monts d'Ardèche regional natural park, in the picturesque pedestrianised hamlet called La Traverse, this charming house is perfect for a walking holiday, for cycling on the Dolce Via, for enjoying the river or simply to relax!
This charming holiday home is the perfect place to unwind, nestled in a peaceful, traditional pedestrian hamlet in the heart of the Ardèche countryside. Parking is available just a short walk below the cottage, only a few metres away.
Several hiking trails begin just 200 metres from the house, and the Dolce Via, a spectacular 90 km cycling route, is only 2 km away. I’ll be happy to recommend some of the area’s best swimming spots along the beautiful nearby rivers.
A spacious private terrace, located just a few steps (three steps and a short walk) from the cottage, is reserved exclusively for your use. It is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a parasol—perfect for al fresco meals, relaxing aperitifs, or an afternoon nap. A secure storage area is also available for bicycles.
As the hamlet is entirely pedestrian, the cottage is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Opening / Rates
From 11/04 to 17/10/2026 daily.
Overnight: 70 € (Minimum stay: 3 nights (low season only).)
Week: 470 to 550 €.
Low season (April, May, September and October): Heating is charged separately if electricity consumption exceeds the daily allowance of 15 kWh.
A tourist tax, set by the local municipality, applies: €1.10 per adult, per night.
Bed linen rental: €10 per bed.
Tax not included.
