Located in Lussas at the foot of the Coiron plateau, come and stay at L'Ardétente, the ideal place to take a break during your holidays. The owners offer you a gentle stay dedicated to relaxation, rest, in the heart of nature to find serenity, well-being and self-reflection. Discretion and respect for everyone's privacy are values ​​they defend on a daily basis. This is the reason why this area is not suitable for welcoming children and adolescents.

The fully equipped kitchenette is open to the living room which has a dining area.
An Italian shower equips the bathroom, all complemented by a separate toilet.
The cottage offers a bedroom with 1 bed 160×200.
A whirlpool bathtub allows you to relax as you wish while enjoying the view of the Mirabel tower. The rental is air-conditioned, wifi connection, all-inclusive price (sheets, towels and beach towel, cleaning)
Outside, the south-east facing terrace will allow you to spend pleasant moments comfortably installed in the garden furniture. You have access to the wellness area where you will find a swimming pool and a SPA with free access during the day and shared with two other rentals for 4 people and the owners. After 9 p.m. possibility of privatizing the wellness area at no extra charge.
A small shed allows you to share a washing machine, a table and a steam generator. It is also used to secure the bicycles of cyclists.
