Ancient renovated house, with stones, decorated, in nature, peacefull. Attached house but independent terrace and entrace.
Fully equipped kitchen, veranda living room with a double sofa bed, sleeping area with one 90 cm bed, one bedroom with one 140 cm bed, bathroom with toilet.
Private parking, terrace, balcony, garden furniture, barbecue, boules set.
Available to rent all year round.
Water charges included. Linen provided free of charge, including bathrobes.
Contribution requested for electricity at 0.28 kw/h. A sub-meter is installed, which is read on arrival and departure, with payment for consumption due on the day of departure.
Shops and producers in the village, a mobile butcher’s shop every Wednesday and Friday. Pizza van on Fridays (5pm).
Doctor’s surgery, physiotherapists, osteopaths and nurses in the village.
Two bakeries: one 3 km away, the other 6 km away.
River 3 km away. Municipal swimming pool 8 km away.
5 minutes by car from the rental: the thermal baths of Neyrac-les-Bains (rheumatology-dermatology), 10 km from the casino of Vals-les-Bains, between 20 and 40 km from the superb Ardèche plateau (Gerbier de Joncs), places of interest: Pont d’Arc, Ardèche gorges, majestic caves, climbing sites, lakes, waterfalls, forests, etc.
