Located 25 km from Montélimar, Le Figuier is a stone village house with a well-shaded terrace under a fig tree, acacias, and a linden tree—a welcome respite from the summer heat. Completely renovated, it sits at the entrance to the village, with parking next to the house. It is 17 km from Vogüé, the starting point for canoeing on the Ardèche River, and also close to numerous charming villages, such as Vogüé, Balazuc, Ruoms, and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, passing through the Ibie Valley, Mirabel, and Saint-Laurent-sous-Coiron, each with its own restaurants to discover.

Le Figuier house features a landscaped and fenced garden where dogs are welcome, a BBQ, sun loungers, a terrace for summer with views of the Cévennes mountains at sunset, and a fireplace for winter.

This tastefully decorated and furnished 150m² house includes, on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen/dining room with a cozy fireplace and a large, inviting dining table, a shower room with WC, a whitewashed bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a utility room with a washing machine, microwave, storage for sun loungers, a high chair, and pétanque balls.

In the hallway leading from the kitchen-dining room to the pantry, you’ll find a large sideboard stocked with dishes, glasses, round, oval, and square platters, and all the cookware you need to entertain friends and family.

Upstairs, there’s a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and individual wardrobes.
