Le Hameau du petit Nice Vivarois – Gîte L'Adret étoilé

In the midst of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park and the Monts d'Ardèche Geopark (listed by UNESCO), 2.5 km from the village of Chalencon (labelled ‘Village de Caractère’), one hour from Valence TGV station, in an isolated 5-hectare hamlet facing south (three individual lodgings), experience a holiday in an old traditional refurbished farmhouse. With both nature and magnificent landscapes, enjoy a unique experience in Ardèche!

The gîte is nestled at an altitude of 600 metres and enjoys exceptional views over the Eyrieux Valley. It is located on several hiking trails, a few kilometres from the ‘La Dolce Via’ cycle path, 10 km from shops, and you can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area (swimming, climbing, canoeing-kayaking, mountain biking…).

Perfect for accomodating 4 people, ‘L’Adret étoilé’ gîte is a typical 19th-century stonehouse in the typical Ardèche style, fully refurbished on two storeys, which will welcome you with its old-world charm and tranquillity. You will enjoy a peaceful, serene and sunny setting, ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

You can enjoy a beautiful furnished terrace (cast iron table, chairs and off-centre parasol) with an outstanding view over the Eyrieux Valley

On the ground floor (45 m²), there are a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine…), a toilet and an authentic living room (stone vaulted ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, sofa bed with high-end bedding).

On the first floor (40 m²), there are a large bedroom (with a 160 cm bed), a relaxation area, a second toilet, a shower room and access to the terrace.

– ‘Self-check-in’ option (key boxes): however, you’ll still need to check in or check out in person.

Restrictions:
– No pets allowed.
– The cottage is not designed for people with reduced mobility.
– Minimum stay of 2 nights ; and minimum stay of one week in July/August.
– No parking in front of the gite (a parking is available 200 metres from the gite).

All year round daily between 4 pm and 8 pm.
