The Gîte du Marronnier is in the old village of St Alban. Entrance via courtyard (120 sq.m.), shared by gîte and owners' holiday home (occasionally occupied). Gîte for 2-4 people. Living room (sofa bed), fitted kitchen area, bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Extra bedroom (2 single beds) on ground floor with heating and other services. Central heating. Terrace (30 sq.m.) shaded by horse chestnut tree (over 100 years old). Pets allowed with owner's prior agreement. Nearby: all the sports, cultural and leisure activities of the Lower Ardèche. All shops/services in village.
