30 minutes from the A7 exit, in an exceptional natural setting of 8 hectares, the large air-conditioned gîte on the ground floor offers you a haven of peace for 10 people with its beautiful living space under the lime tree on the terrace.
The old stone cottage offers all the comfort necessary for a good stay with an air-conditioned kitchen-dining room on the ground floor, a huge living room on the first floor (with billiards, table football and board games), four spacious bedrooms decorated with care and good quality bedding. The two bathrooms offer a shower and a bathtub with 2 separate toilets.
Facing south, it has a large terrace sheltered by a large lime tree. It gives direct access to the many surrounding hiking trails.
It has a swimming pool to share with the gîte le Pin (4 people).
A large bowling alley, a children’s playground and a ping-pong table will allow you to get together for friendly and relaxed moments.

Nightly rates (minimum 2 nights in low and mid-season, 3 nights in high season):
During a weekend : €300 to €415 per night; during midweek : €220 to €415 per night
Tourist tax not included.
Note: High season (long weekends, July, August, and December)
Bed linens and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
